Blackie von Bonn is a very handsome 2-3 year old Shepherd with maybe a touch of Great Dane -- a great combo! This housebroken boy is one of those guardian/lover dogs who will have your back but will also cuddle with you in front of your flat screen for the whole length of the game. A mid-energy, playful guy, Blackie is just about everyone’s best friend, greeting people well and meeting other dogs courteously. He is loyal yet independent; he welcomes your affection but does not beg for it. Our boy was well received in the doggie play yard because of his easy-going disposition; Blackie gets along with all four-footers who accept his level of confidence (this leaves out most dominant male dogs). What a great family or single-owner dog Blackie will make.
